Our approach

We treat compliance as an engineering constraint, not paperwork bolted on at the end.

Most vendors either move fast and hand a program office a security debt, or move so cautiously that nothing ships. Kazaro Tech is built around a smaller idea: design for ATO, accessibility, and auditability from the first architecture diagram, and speed follows because you stop re-doing work.

That means our data pipelines are documented well enough to hand to a new engineer or a new administration. It means our AI systems ship with the evaluation and monitoring plan attached, not promised for later. And it means the person who scoped the work is still on the call in month nine.

It also means we'd rather teach than create dependence. Training and enablement are part of how we deliver. If your team can evaluate, operate, and extend what we built without calling us, the engagement worked.

Precision, security, and mission focus, in that order, on every engagement.

What we hold ourselves to

Four working values

Precision

Requirements get written down, decisions get documented, and "close enough" doesn't ship into a production data pipeline.

Security by design

Access control, logging, and data handling are architectural decisions made on day one, not controls added before an assessment.

Mission focus

Every technical choice is judged by whether it helps the people who actually use the system do their job.

Plain communication

Status updates say what's actually happening, in language a program manager, not just an engineer, can act on.

Engagement model

How a program typically moves with us

01 · Weeks 1-3

Discovery & assessment

We review the current architecture, data flows, and compliance posture, and come back with a scoped plan and honest cost range, not a generic proposal.

02 · Weeks 4-12

Pilot & build

A working system against a real use case, built with the security and accessibility controls your ATO will eventually require, reviewed with your team on a two-week cadence.

03 · Ongoing

Operate & scale

Sustained operations, monitoring, and roadmap support, handed off with full documentation if you ever want to bring it fully in-house.

Leadership

Who you'd be working with

Kaveh Zachery

Founder & Principal Engineer

Kaveh founded Kazaro Tech after a decade building the kind of systems federal agencies actually depend on. As a Software Engineering Manager at Accenture Federal Services, he architected high-throughput validation and vetting APIs processing hundreds of thousands of transactions a day across more than 50 global deployments, led the modernization of a dozen legacy SOA services into cloud-native microservices, and built an AI-driven fraud detection platform for real-time, high-volume decisioning.

Earlier, at MetroStar Systems, he delivered mission-support platforms for federal clients, including an internal portal used by Peace Corps staff worldwide. He leads engineering the way he leads a build: hands-on, in the code, accountable for what ships.
